The Fintech post sales team is a highly strategic team responsible for driving successful outcomes for our customers once they ink a contract with us. From helping them get onboarded to our various fintech products (Payments, Financing, etc) to ensuring they utilize the products to see the full value, this team does it all. The Sr Manager, Fintech Post Sales is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the Fintech business at ServiceTitan. S/he will assess, source, drive, manage our customer relationships with a primary focus on the credit card/ACH/Financing with secondary focus on expanding our embedded finance solutions over time. S/he will partner closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Partnerships, Ops/Finance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure day-to-day execution and growth sees continuous iteration and improvement. Further, S/he will be a primary leader for the Post Sales team and provide the mentorship, career counseling, organizational structure to drive the team to the fullest potential. S/He will also have a seat with the Fintech leadership first team and will directly report to the GM, providing a unique customer driven perspective to drive business first outcomes.
This individual has a well-rounded background, and brings a strong and diverse skill set - with responsibility to contribute to post sales strategy, high ownership, customer first mindset, creative problem solving, critical thinking applied to business strategy and operational rigor to drive a strong post sales function. The role requires driving best in class operational efficiency by partnering with product, partnerships and strategy operations. This individual may draw on experience from roles in management and/or technology consulting, finance and/or product management, particularly with experience in fintech and SaaS technology.
What You’ll do:
Drive, Measure, and Iterate to optimize adoption and utilization of Fintech products and services,
Assess opportunities and make strategic, executive level recommendations to improve our post sales approach via operational, product /integration, or other capabilities that will help scale ours and our customers’ business
Build operational discipline on the team by building the right metrics, the right team structure, defined customer outcomes and regular reporting.
Develop business cases, deeper data driven insights using quantitative and qualitative analyses; create, iterate, and evaluate financial models to forecast and track fintech monetization, Project new product/partnership revenue and operational efficiency opportunities, and prioritize accordingly
Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies, with an eye for constant improvement and optimization of operating processes and procedures
Identify fintech partner gaps for onboarding and product features and work with PMs and Partner Management to ensure they are appropriately prioritized, implemented and positively driving business outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
7-10 years of relevant work experience with 4-5 years experience leading post sales and/or onboarding teams in large XFN organizations and understanding the nuances of onboarding and product utilization at a SaaS and/or Fintech product.
Direct experience working with payment processing, ISO/ISV players and/or embedded fintech operations (e.g. Worldpay/Payrix, Global Payments, Stripe, etc.)
Self starter with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues around Fintech.
Deep analytical experience, with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Excellent organizational and project management skills: from ideation through execution
Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and understanding of how to effectively collaborate cross functionally to optimize company and fintech initiatives
Experienced Managerial skills at running a multi tiered 30+ person geographically disbursed organization.
Adept in executive level verbal and written communication, synthesizing complex information into clear, succinct artifacts (emails, memos, presentations, etc)
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Bonus for any prior experience working in a consulting role at top tier firms

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.Top Skills
