Finance is at the center of this! Finance is responsible for ensuring the proper capital structure, providing actionable business insights, supporting M&A and leading large projects.

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Enterprise Program Management  to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of projects.  These include opening new markets, leading M&A due diligence and integration, implementing strategic capital projects in our distribution facilities, launching private label products and managing other efforts to drive top line growth and expand margins.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic projects including scheduling, resourcing and reporting.  This includes both supervising individual project managers AND leading large projects yourself
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration, including working with external and internal partners and resources to rapidly integrate companies into the Odeko framework
  • Develop business cases to support investments to drive value creation
About you: 
  • 5+ years experience in FP&A, M&A, program/project management or a combination of those disciplines
  • FP&A experience: developing business cases and project reporting
  • M&A experience: creating due diligence plans and executing them, creating integration plans and executing them, reporting on synergies and acquisition successes and challenges
  • Large scale project management, utilizing PMBOK techniques
  • Program management leadership, including managing diverse project portfolios
  • Deliverable creation - this is more than just a management role.  In a startup environment, we all need to dig into the details and create individual deliverables as needed
  • Cross functional leadership experience, bringing together diverse functions and skills to drive shared success and create a sense of followership where team members want to follow your lead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.   In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Odeko has a Total Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, potential bonus, equity value and medical, financial, PTO and other benefits. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
