About the role

D-Wave is seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Manager, End User Support to lead and elevate our global employee technology experience.  

This role will ensure seamless, reliable, and secure IT support for our staff and senior leaders while managing a team that delivers excellence across infrastructure, systems, and end-user services.  

  

This role blends leadership, customer service, and technical expertise, perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, takes pride in operational excellence, and understands the importance of executive enablement in driving business success. 


What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team focused on reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and service delivery standards. 
  • Partner with global IT, Facilities, and business leaders to align technology support with operational needs. 
  • Provide white-glove IT support for executives and coordinate technology for board meetings, leadership events, and travel. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance monitoring, and user experience insights. 
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements. 


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. 
  • Strong technical understanding across networking, cloud, compute, and collaboration platforms. 
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and distributed teams. 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • A focus on service excellence, empathy, and operational discipline.
