We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Employee Relations to join our team. This is a remote role based in the U.S., reporting to the Director, Employee Relations. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive concerns such as performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance issues
  • Leading, investigating, and resolving formal claims (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation) by conducting reviews and delivering findings with recommendations for corrective actions
  • Maintaining an organized case management system while running analytics, producing dashboards, and interpreting data to offer actionable recommendations
  • Developing and implementing programs and training to enhance managerial capabilities, foster a positive workplace culture, and mitigate risk
  • Partnering with HR leaders, business managers, and stakeholders to establish best practices that balance compliance, equity, and business needs

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Employee Relations
  • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing employee relations programs that have a measurable impact on outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or similar fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to analyze data metrics to drive organizational decision-making

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$147,000$210,000 USD
