You, as the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be data-driven and strategic, someone who thrives with hands-on execution and continuous optimization. This individual contributor role focuses on implementing and refining digital programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact across multiple regions. You’ll work across paid and organic search, paid social, analytics, and conversion optimization, building campaigns, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth in collaboration with global teams.
The ideal candidate combines a strong grasp of digital channels with a practical understanding of how to adapt campaigns for different markets and audiences, equally adept at diagnosing technical SEO issues, interpreting complex data sets, designing high-performing paid campaigns, and partnering cross-functionally to translate digital insights into business impact. You’ll help shape and execute ReversingLabs’ global digital growth strategy by translating data into action, testing new ideas, and ensuring every initiative contributes to brand visibility and business results.
What You Will Do
Global Digital Growth Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize all online/digital marketing to ensure weekly lead goals and quarterly pipeline targets are met across Paid Search, SEO/AEO, Google PPC, Retargeting, LinkedIn, Reddit, Web, YouTube, and Native advertising.
- Collaborate with the demand gen, content, product marketing, and web teams to ensure all web and campaign initiatives align with organic keyword intent, strengthen brand visibility in LLMs and search, and avoid cannibalization or decay.
- Serve as the bridge between paid and organic, translating learnings from one channel into insights that inform the other
- Monitor and analyze performance across global markets, identifying trends across international efforts, while managing campaign structure, tagging, budget allocation, and reporting.
- Research and test new marketing technologies and automation tools that enhance productivity and accuracy.
Search & Organic Growth
- Lead and execute all facets of SEO, keyword strategy, competitive research, content optimization, and site performance.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements and monitor website health through tools like GA4, SEMRush, and Search Console to increase the company's website search engine result rankings and maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to our website
- Stay ahead of AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends, testing emerging tools and techniques.
Paid Media Campaigns
- Build and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other paid channels to ensure efficiency and measurable impact on the pipeline.
- Continuously A/B test ad copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rate, and CPL.
- Forecast, track, and manage the monthly digital budget, ensuring all spend is aligned with ROI and growth goals.

- Create and maintain performance dashboards for digital reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce) to surface actionable insights for Marketing and Executive Leadership.
- Build frameworks for attribution, funnel analysis, and forecasting that tie marketing activities to pipeline contribution.

- Other duties as assigned

- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, SEMRush, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS systems.
- Fluency in data interpretation and storytelling - able to translate KPIs into strategy.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns independently.
