In this strategic and execution-based role, as a Web & Digital Experience Manager, you will own the end-to-end digital experience across Locus Robotics web properties, including managing a full website redesign and launch. This role spans site strategy, UX, performance, personalization, analytics, SEO/AEO, accessibility, and localization. You’ll architect journeys, optimize performance and accessibility, and turn content into pipeline—leveraging WordPress (Elementor), AI/LLM search optimization, and conversion best practices. You’ll ensure our web experience reflects Locus Robotics’ positioning and drives measurable pipeline impact—while leveraging AI and LLM search optimization to future-proof discoverability and engagement.

This hybrid role is based out of our Wilmington, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a complete website redesign and relaunch, including vendor selection, project planning, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and post-launch optimization.
  • Build and maintain a 12–18-month web & digital experience roadmap aligned to growth priorities.
  • Drive AI and LLM search optimization strategies (structured data, semantic markup, conversational search readiness) to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Implement page and conversion optimization programs (A/B testing, personalization, UX refinements) to maximize conversions, demo requests, and pipeline impact.
  • Support Marketo landing pages and email templates for brand consistency and performance; ensure alignment with web design standards and accessibility.
  • Own core web digital metrics performance, localization workflows, compliance, analytics, SEO, and governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure site experiences accelerate pipeline and reflect brand voice.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years leading B2B web/digital experience across enterprise sites.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale website redesigns and launches—from strategy through execution.
  • Expertise in WordPress, including Elementor for page building and template customization.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/LLM search optimization techniques, structured data, and semantic SEO.
  • Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, and personalization platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketo for landing page and email template development and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management, SEO fundamentals, accessibility standards, and related analytics platforms.
  • Experience building web governance and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with WordPress development and management - especially Elementor- as well as Marketo and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    The expected base salary range for this role is $125K - $150K annually, informed by external market data. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions
