Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
At Dandy, we’re building the dental lab of the future. Our advanced medical device manufacturing and digital platform combine to make it simple for dentists to deliver high quality restorations, faster, easier, and more predictable than ever before. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead Implant Restorations at Dandy, including the launch of our first-ever All-on-X solution. This is a startup role in every sense: high-impact, high-visibility, and built for someone who’s hungry to make big things happen without waiting for a playbook.
About DandyDandy is reimagining what a dental lab can be. By digitizing the entire process from scan to restoration, we’re helping thousands of dentists deliver better care with less hassle. Implants are one of the fastest-growing areas in dentistry, and we’re building the category-defining restorative solutions that will power the future of implant dentistry.
The RoleWe’re looking for a curious, entrepreneurial, and driven PMM who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves solving hard problems. In this role, you’ll own how we define, position, launch, and grow Dandy’s implant restorative solutions — from single-unit implant crowns to full-arch restorations.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our practices, product, marketing, and commercial teams. Some days you’ll be in the weeds building a sales playbook or writing messaging + copy on an adoption campaign; other days you’ll be shaping strategy for a product launch that defines the future of the business. If you’re excited by ambiguity, move fast, and get energy from making things happen, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll DoBe the voice of the customer: Spend time with GPs, understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations around implants be it simple implant crowns or full All on X cases.
Own the narrative: Build positioning and messaging that makes Dandy’s implant offerings the obvious choice for practices.
Launch big things: Drive go-to-market strategy for new implant products including a new All-on-X solution and make them successful in the field.
Enable the team: Partner with enablement to build high-impact training that empowers sales, account management, and CX teams to win implant cases and support practices.
Iterate fast: Track adoption and feedback, experiment with new approaches, and move quickly to capture opportunities.
Lead without a playbook: Make strategic decisions, take initiative, and push projects forward even when the process isn’t spelled out.
6+ years in product marketing, implants, dental devices, or healthcare
Understanding of implant restorative workflows (abutments, crowns, esthetics, digital design)
Experience launching and scaling products — ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
Strong storyteller and communicator — can turn technical/clinical complexity into concise, compelling messaging and positioning that converts from top to bottom of funnel.
Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and biased toward action.
Comfortable influencing and collaborating across product, ops, sales, and marketing
You’ll own a category that’s central to Dandy’s growth and to the future of implant dentistry
You’ll play a lead role in launching our pioneering All-on-X solution, a true milestone for the company and industry
You’ll have the freedom to experiment, build, and move fast in a startup environment without a lot of red tape
You’ll work on problems that impact thousands of dentists and millions of patients
Competitive comp, equity, and benefits. Plus the chance to shape the future of the dental lab industry
