What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for North America and drive alignment with EMEA and APAC.
  • Own and manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels, including digital, paid media, email, content syndication, and partner programs.
  • Lead inbound marketing initiatives to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (including webinars, field events, and trade shows) to drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Oversee lead lifecycle management, including lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and handoff to Sales.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline progression.
  • Work closely with digital marketing on paid acquisition programs across search, social, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to develop compelling assets that support campaigns and buyer journeys.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI — delivering actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Own demand generation technology stack and work with RevOps to ensure data integrity, tracking, and attribution.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to improve performance across all stages of the funnel.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating spend to the highest-performing channels and programs.


How You Will Succeed

  • Drive consistent growth in marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales velocity through effective targeting and nurturing strategies.
  • Build scalable, repeatable demand generation programs that support rapid company growth.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that connects marketing activities to business outcomes.
  • Establish strong alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Effectively inspire and manage any direct reports.
  • Create a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous optimization within the demand generation function.


What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep experience with campaign management, inbound marketing, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing events (virtual and in-person) as a core demand generation channel.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (e.g., marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and ad platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, the wider Marketing team, Partner teams and RevOps teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
