- Design and run marketing campaigns -- especially direct-to-parent -- to drive sign-ups and conversions
- Develop user journeys and onboarding flows that reflect our school-facing white-glove approach
- Serve as a guide and concierge for families: understand student needs and match them with the right TbT supports
- Build feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience
- Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless execution
- Source and leverage demand generation and analytics tools to enable your work
- Report on KPIs and suggest pivots and investments as needed

- Strong communicator and project manager; able to rally cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with ESA programs, state education policy, or tutoring businesses
- Archetypes that could be a good fit for this role: Edtech Growth/Marketing Manager, Marketplace Platform Operator, Start-up Generalist / Chief of Staff, Entrepreneur Who Has Started a Tutoring Business
