Zinc Health Services has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr. Mgr, Contract Operations.  Zinc, as a GPO and affiliate of CVS Health, is tasked with delivering new innovative ways to reduce the cost and maximize the value of pharmaceuticals on behalf of our clients. 
 

The Sr Mgr, Contract Operations will perform the following:
 

-Deliver contract solutions in support of organizational objectives through partnership with internal and external stakeholders
 

-Oversee the development, execution, and continuous improvement of contract management solutions, managing multi-functional interests and requirements.
- Act as primary business liaison with a variety of internal departments to ensure appropriate and accurate tracking of contract elements, compliance and intent.
- Track Key Performance Indicators and provide status and requested support to management team
- Partner cross functionally with other subject matter experts and areas to align processes

*This opportunity can be remote for the right candidate.
 

Required Qualifications:

*7+ years of professional related work experience
*Experience in PBM contract processing
*Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
*Adept at business intelligence
*Adept at collaboration and teamwork
*Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
*Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications:

*Knowledge of large scale lifecycle management systems
*Experience with solution implementation
*Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
*Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM)
Education:
*Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
