In this role, you'll advise VIP and Customer Experience teams, oversee issue remediation, and guide the design of scalable control frameworks. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Tech, and Product to embed compliance into business initiatives and ensure regulatory requirements are met with precision and agility. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 143,500.00 USD - 179,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Compliance & Risk
- Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and control implementation, monitoring regulatory developments and guiding the business on necessary adaptations.
- Draft standards, assess risk, and design control frameworks for new and existing processes.
- Lead issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
- Maintain and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data and tooling, and support the rollout and training of new GRC systems.
- Deliver reporting on compliance trends and regulatory insights.
- Conduct risk and control assessments for critical products and functions.
- Support broader compliance and risk program initiatives as needed, using automation and AI to streamline operations.
What you'll bring
- At least 7 years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk management.
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills with proven ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational precision.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
