Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Commercial & FRM Operations will lead and support two critical CARVYKTI field teams: Field Reimbursement Managers and Cell Therapy Experience Leads. This role is vital for maximizing the productivity of these teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure optimal business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Core member of field leadership team

    • Own operational strategy development by proactive engagement with senior leaders and field teams

    • Recommend field operational effectiveness strategies and quality of customer interactions (i.e. benchmarking and ATUs)

    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to inform decision-making

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Serve as a liaison between your teams and broader organizational entities such as Sales Leadership, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Compliance

    • Promote a positive culture and high-performance environment within and across field teams

  • Performance and Metrics Management:

    • Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and optimize field operations

    • Conduct regular field business planning, quarterly business reviews and other regular field forums for the sharing of vital information across the matrix team

    • Collaborate with SIA team to establish effectiveness benchmarks and measurement

  • Training and Development:

    • Lead POA and National Meeting planning for the above-listed field teams

    • Oversee the development and deployment of training programs for field teams, ensuring high-quality performance and customer engagement

    • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to create coaching guides and reports that enhance field staff effectiveness

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage key strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

    • Identify risks and prioritize operational demands based on importance and impact

  • Communication:

    • Create and maintain ongoing field communications platform ensuring line of sight to critical upcoming communication events and managing ad hoc communications to optimize field touchpoints

    • Deploy regular communications to teams to ensure regular cadence of communication between home office and field teams

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

  • At least five (5) years of  experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device Industry is required

  • Experience in field operations supporting reimbursement specialists or therapy leads is a strong plus

  • Experience in market research or analytics, marketing or sales leadership is a plus

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Proven capability to engage and influence senior leaders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong proficiency in collaboration

  • Familiarity with patient and provider healthcare reimbursement processes is desired

  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 30% of the time).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$120,000-$207,000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
