About Us:

VideaHealth is a cutting-edge AI-powered solution for dentistry, developed by a team of seasoned leaders, engineers, AI scientists, and clinicians spun out of MIT. Our vision is to be the first company to diagnose a billion people globally. Our product is already used by thousands of dental clinicians to improve the quality of care through faster diagnoses, increased operating efficiencies, and improved patient understanding.

About the Position:

You will be the catalyst to rapidly expand our partner ecosystem and accelerate our growth. You will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, helping introduce them to the value of AI-driven diagnostics and workflow enhancement. You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of potential partners, engaging with potential partners and building champions within partner organizations, and closing deals that drive growth for VideaHealth and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map & Hunt: Own the partner target map (prioritized by TAM, distribution reach, workflow control). Build executive champions and multi-thread.

  • Originate & Close: Create compelling narratives and outbound plays; run discovery; shape terms; close partner agreements with Legal support.

  • Launch & Scale: Drive pilot → GA: integration kickoff, pricing bundles, enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell plays to first revenue.

  • Program MVP: Stand up a repeatable channel program (tiers, basic certification, spiffs, playbooks, dashboards).

  • Broadcast Wins: Monthly partner brief; enablement kit for AEs/CS; pipeline acceleration from first wins.

About You:

  • Hunter + Dealmaker: You love the chase, handle exec rooms with confidence, and negotiate win-wins that move fast.

  • Story + Numbers: Magnetic storyteller who can size opportunities, model scenarios, and justify terms.

  • Tool-savvy: HubSpot (or Salesforce), partner tools (PartnerStack/Crossbeam), LinkedIn Sales Navigator; comfort with basic spreadsheets/financial models.

  • Bias to Action: High energy, resilient, thrives in ambiguity, competes to win.

  • Experience: 4–8+ years in BD/partnerships/channel roles at high-growth SaaS or healthtech; track record of sourcing and closing net-new partners.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare technology space

  • Familiarity with common dental platforms (e.g., PMS, imaging software) and dental service providers (e.g., professional education providers, technology management)

  • Prior work with AI or SaaS platforms in clinical settings

What We Offer:

  • Fast-paced and collaborative work culture in which you can gain experience, grow your skills and work on a wide variety of challenges over your time with us

  • Competitive pay, equity and benefits.

  • Agile organization where being senior translates to being a mentor and role model for others. We lead by example.

  • A chance to build a vibrant partner community around one of the most transformative technologies in dentistry, and shape the future of oral health worldwide.

Don’t meet all the listed requirements? We still encourage you to apply! We are looking for the right teammate who is excited to contribute to our mission and are flexible on level of experience.

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
