As the Senior Manager of Brand Campaigns at Toast, you will establish and lead our brand campaigns function, translating our brand strategy into impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness and consideration. 

You'll determine how our campaigns go to market, creating measurable impact through strategic storytelling, business insights, and data-driven decisions. This is a foundational leadership role where you'll build the brand campaigns discipline within Toast while executing tactical initiatives that bring our brand to life. You'll partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, creative teams, and leadership, ensuring Toast is positioned as the restaurant platform of choice. You have a strong bias for action and are able to navigate through ambiguity. You’re excited to partner with leadership in a highly-visible role to support the needs of our business. Your success will be measured by your ability to execute compelling campaigns that activate the Toast brand as a business driver.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, translating Toast's brand narrative into compelling marketing initiatives that drive awareness and consideration in the marketplace
  • Establish the campaign operational framework, including processes for planning, execution, measurement, and optimization that will define how brand campaigns function at Toast
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets across channels, determining the optimal mix to maximize impact and ROI while achieving brand objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership and the Director of Brand Strategy to ensure campaign activations align with overall brand positioning while focusing on tactical implementation
  • Direct cross-functional campaign teams, coordinating resources and timelines across product marketing, creative, demand generation, and channel specialists
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop reporting frameworks that demonstrate impact on brand awareness and consideration
  • Build and refine the testing methodology to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, applying learnings to optimize future initiatives
  • Present campaign results to leadership, demonstrating the business value of brand investment and making recommendations for future approach

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, with proven success executing integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns
  • Experience building or scaling a brand marketing function, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex campaign initiatives from concept to measurement
  • Data fluency with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign impact and optimize performance
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and resource allocation across channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present results to leadership
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and campaign measurement tools preferred

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.

Pay Range

$121,000$194,000 USD
