Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of B2C Marketing to lead participant marketing initiatives that drive engagement and impact within the nonprofit sector, mainly Healthcare and Higher Education. Reporting to the Director of B2C Marketing, this role will focus on developing and executing integrated marketing programs that connect with participants by driving awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, mobile, paid media.
  • Leverage data and insights to develop targeted messaging and content strategies that resonate across various participant segments.
  • Collaborate with B2B partners, internal creative agency, Message Execution Center, development teams, Workplace Marketing, and paid media to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing programs align with B2B2C strategies balancing employer driven initiatives with participant centric experiences.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics, ensuring continuous optimization for improvement and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in B2C marketing, with a strong background in nonprofit marketing is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in integrated messaging, content strategy and audience segmentation to drive participant engagement.
  • Experience designing and driving programs to engage hard to reach/unengaged audiences.
  • A strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing programs.
  • Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability by driving project to completion, taking responsibility for outcomes, and ensuring high quality results.

The Team

The Senior Marketing Manager is part of the Analytics, Marketing & Communications team within Fidelity’s Tax-Exempt Market business unit where we serve nonprofit employers and their employees. These organizations are passionate and strive to provide their employees, who frequently serve others, with benefits programs that support their evolving needs. The Marketing team develops strategic programs that enhances engagement and mission awareness. We serve both our clients and their employees by providing insights, tools, and programs that drive impact and support organizational growth.
