The Expertise and Skills You Bring- 5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive strategic business initiatives related to customer acquisition, segmentation & retention, product strategy, and market sizing leveraging analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities and find success delivering insights from data to a broad audience in a simple, clear, and actionable way to better understand Fidelity's customers.
- Ability to use data to tell a story of customer experience, highlighting both successes and friction points to inform initiatives and strategies.
- Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
- Experience in crafting and developing dashboards & reports of customer-level data using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
- Experience with financial products (securities trading, margin lending, investment strategy) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus
We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s product teams and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.
