Job Responsibilities
●Monitor and optimize Middle-Mile P90 performance metrics, ensuring efficient transportation flow.
●Drive capacity planning, aligning resources with volume forecasts to meet operational needs.
●Analyze transportation bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
●Partner with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time performance and network optimization.
●Oversee reverse logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient returns processing.
●Identify opportunities to improve reverse flow visibility, reduce waste, and enhance service levels.
●Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement reverse logistics strategies that align with business goals.
●Establish reporting mechanisms to track return rates, processing times, and cost metrics.
Job Requirements
●3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or network planning.
●Strong analytical skills with expertise in P90 performance tracking, capacity planning, and KPI management.
●Experience in reverse logistics strategy development and process optimization.
●Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), data analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
●Strong documentation and technical writing skills for SOPs and process standardization.
●Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with project management skills.
●Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
●Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
