Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs across both prospects and existing customers. You are a seasoned lifecycle or CRM marketing leader with a deep understanding of customer journeys, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable building the vision while also rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
You are a natural people leader who knows how to coach, inspire, and grow high-performing marketers. You bring a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and operational discipline to drive measurable business impact across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that align with company goals and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs. You are an outstanding communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaboration and innovation. And of course, you are passionate about Early Childhood Education!
What You'll Do
- Develop and own full-funnel lifecycle strategies: Lead lifecycle marketing across the customer journey—from lead nurture through retention, upsell, and reactivation—to drive engagement and long-term customer value.
- Design and optimize cross-channel journeys: Oversee the creation, launch, and continuous improvement of automated programs across email, in-app, SMS, and push that engage prospects and customers at scale.
- Drive segmentation and personalization strategy: Develop segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies that drive conversion, engagement, and long-term customer value.
- Lead and develop the team: Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning; establish clear goals, performance metrics, and scalable processes for growth.
- Measure and optimize performance: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve future efforts. Partner with cross functional teams to build dashboards and attribution models that track impact on pipeline, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure cohesive customer experiences and alignment to company goals.
