We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the technical link between marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building, automating, and optimizing end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. We’re looking for data-driven problem solvers with a growth mindset, willing to stretch their comfort levels, evolve best practices, and move quickly with attention to detail to do big things.

In this role, you’ll manage marketing automation platforms, create dynamic audiences, develop and maintain campaign templates, lead campaign quality assurance (QA), and collaborate with data and product teams to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals. We have an ambitious mission to educate folks about the importance of their credit scores + encourage them to unlock their financial access.

What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Execution: Set up, execute, and manage lifecycle campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and effectively across multiple channels.

  • Marketing Technology: Master and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Sendgrid, Twilio, Telnyx, and Appsflyer to build journeys and automate processes.

  • Audience Management: Build and maintain dynamic customer audiences and data integrations from digital analytics platforms (Amplitude and Metabase), data warehouses (Snowflake), and attribution platforms (Appsflyer) to power personalized experiences at scale.

  • Template & Content Creation: Develop and maintain modular, reusable campaign templates and scalable content frameworks for different channels.

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Lead QA for all lifecycle touchpoints to ensure personalization, dynamic content, and journey triggers function as intended.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Engineering, and BI teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term platform scalability.

  • Testing & Optimization: Implement testing strategies and data integrations to drive continuous performance measurement using CRM (Iterable) and experimentation tools (Statsig).

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive experimentation documentation, data schemas, and martech stack integrations.

Who you are:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of templating languages (Handlebars, HTML/CSS) for campaign asset and audience segmentation creation.

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM platforms like Iterable, Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.

  • Data & Analytics: Data-savvy with strong command of audience segmentation, cohort analysis, and reporting. Experience with SQL for data extraction is a major plus.

  • Project Management: Exceptional communication, project management, and a bias for action. Experience using project management tools like Jira and Notion is helpful.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate marketing strategy into technical execution and align it with business goals.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, personalization logic, and quality standards.

Compensation Range: $148K - $218K
