Lead commercial legal support across customer, vendor, partner, service, privacy, and other contracts in multiple jurisdictions. Advise Sales and leadership on legal risk, data privacy, intellectual property, compliance, governance, employment matters, and regulatory developments. Own contract lifecycle processes, templates, playbooks, records, approvals, renewals, and obligations while coordinating external counsel and building scalable legal operations.
