Position Type: Full-Time Employee

Location: Remote from Prague, with some client travel

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant who can lead learning requests from early discovery through execution, bringing structure, clarity, and practical problem-solving to complex learning needs.

This is a highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing role within a global learning environment. You’ll partner directly with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, recommend the right learning approach, and guide initiatives from intake through delivery.

You’ll work across multiple functional academies and learning initiatives simultaneously, helping stakeholders navigate options, align teams around clear requirements, and ensure work moves forward effectively across design, LMS, communications, and delivery teams.

This is not a hands-on content development role. Instead, you’ll help shape solution direction, guide execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do

Learning Discovery & Solution Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming learning requests across multiple functional academies

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals, audience needs, timelines, constraints, and desired outcomes

  • Advise stakeholders on the most effective learning approach, including existing content, custom development, blended solutions, or external programs

  • Translate complex or evolving requests into practical, scalable learning solutions and clearly defined requirements

  • Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Cross-Functional Solution Coordination
  • Partner with internal design, development, LMS, and delivery teams to guide execution from intake through rollout

  • Ensure requirements, storyboards, timelines, and deliverables are aligned before work begins

  • Coordinate custom learning development requests and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Connect stakeholders, teams, and processes to ensure smooth execution and consistent learner experiences

  • Support coordination of external vendors and learning partners as needed

LMS & Learning Operations Support
  • Identify and curate relevant learning content from LMS platforms and internal libraries

  • Partner with LMS administrators to manage course assignments, enrollments, learner groups, and audience tracking

  • Support live and virtual learning sessions through scheduling, communications, and learner coordination

  • Maintain organized learning resources aligned to academy and business priorities

Program Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and coordinate communication plans for learning launches and ongoing engagement initiatives

  • Draft learner-facing communications and stakeholder updates

  • Coordinate approvals, rollout activities, timelines, and dependencies across teams

  • Partner with creative and communication teams to ensure consistent and effective learner messaging

What You Bring
  • 5–8 years of experience in learning consulting, learning operations, program management, L&D, or similar environments

  • Strong experience working directly with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and drive outcomes

  • Ability to lead discovery conversations and translate business needs into actionable learning approaches

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across learning design, delivery, LMS, or communications workstreams

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Clear, concise communication skills across written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing interactions

  • Working familiarity with LMS platforms, learner coordination, and content management processes

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity

  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Interested?

If you enjoy solving learning challenges, partnering closely with stakeholders, and guiding complex initiatives from idea through execution, we’d love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
