We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience & AI Enablement Designer to join our team.

You’ll love this role because you get to empower learners and teams through modern, scalable, and engaging experiences that make a difference in our GTM sales organization.

If you thrive at the intersection of learner-first design, innovation, and technology—and love shaping the future of enablement in a fast-paced environment—we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Enable product knowledge: Translate deeply technical product information into clear, learner-first enablement experiences.
  • Build and manage programs: Develop, deliver, and manage new hire training and continuous learning programs across Sales and Technical Sales teams within the GTM organization.
  • Build and manage content: Build and maintain scalable content libraries, including playbooks, certification programs, videos, and assessments.
  • Champion the learner: Serve as the learner’s advocate, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally:  Work closely with various stakeholders within the organization (Product, Marketing, Sales Leaders, Sales) to analyze to identify skill and knowledge gaps, creating tailored enablement solutions.
  • Analyze outcomes: Measure the impact of enablement programs using performance metrics and feedback loops.

AI-Enhanced Enablement & Workflow Innovation

  • Analyze workflow gaps: Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows within enablement and GTM operations that can be optimized with AI and automation.
  • Implement AI tools: Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools such as knowledge assistants, chatbots, automated reporting, and personalized learning journeys.
  • Develop workflows: Develop automation scripts, workflows, and integrations between platforms (CRM, LMS, collaboration tools, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure governance, data integrity, and security in automation initiatives.
  • Stay current: Research emerging AI and learning technologies, bringing innovative ideas into instructional design and enablement.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development with a proven track record of building impactful programs.
  • Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, LLM-based assistants) and ability to prototype and deploy solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing product enablement or technical learning content
  • Experience with publishing and tracking content within a CMS/LMS
  • Advanced in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, and Sheets)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, design, and copy quality.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on time delivery and quality
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  •

Extra great if you have:

  • Experience in the Tech Space (SaaS, Database, etc.)
  • Proficient with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Suite, & collaboration tools

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
