The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement, and manage strategic learning initiatives that strengthen leadership, professional capability, and organizational performance across EQT. This role combines instructional design expertise with a strategic understanding of talent development, ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge, and mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Learning Strategy & Design: Partner business leaders to identify learning needs and develop impactful learning strategies aligned with EQT’s culture and business goals.
- Program Development: Design and deliver blended learning programs (virtual, in-person, and digital) focusing on leadership development and professional skills.
- Curriculum Management: Lead the curation and continuous improvement of learning curricula, leveraging internal subject-matter experts and external partners.
- Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate workshops and training sessions across a range of audiences, from early-career talent to senior leaders.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Define success metrics for learning initiatives and analyze outcomes to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Technology & Innovation: Manage and optimize learning platforms (LMS, virtual learning tools) and explore innovative approaches to digital and social learning.
- Coaching & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams on learning, performance, and talent development strategies.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on leadership or professional development.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Skilled facilitator with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
