The Senior Lean Supply Chain Leader – Plan for Every Part will work closely with Senior leaders to turn strategy into action, using Hoshin Kanri and Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and Kanban to create clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex global network.
You will shape how work gets done by designing and embedding standard processes across inventory management, material flow, supplier data, logistics, and end‑to‑end value streams from quote to cash. Your work will directly reduce excess inventory, prevent stockouts, and enable smooth, continuous operations.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with teams across procurement, forecasting, manufacturing, and logistics to standardize processes, enable automation, and build a strong continuous improvement pipeline with visible business impact. You will also establish Lean governance, track Return on Investment, and help teams adopt new ways of working to make change stick.

Responsibilities- Execute Strategic Alignment/Hoshin Kanri with key partners to define Plan for Every Part strategy across Services and Supply Chain & Procurement for a 4B global organization.
- Facilitate the development of standard work in Data Integrity, Supplier Information, Storage and Handling, Usage and Consumption, Material Flow/Logistics, Replenishment and Inventory Management
- Lead value stream mapping from quote to cash and develop standard work to minimize excess inventory, reduce stock outs, and maintain continuous production flow
- Partnering with key leaders facilitates the development of a PFEP global cross-functional roadmap
- Establish and govern a continuous improvement pipeline with clear prioritization and ROI tracking
- Facilitate the development of standardized processes for automation in partnership with Service Parts, Forecasting, Procurement, Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics
- Establish Lean governance framework including:
- Standard KPIs
- Performance reviews
- Continuous improvement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations
- Advanced in implementing Plan for Every Part
- Advanced in implementing Kanban in Oracle and/or SAP
- Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Travel: 30 % travel, domestic and international

The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
