About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team to:

  • Lead: Transition from execution to high-level strategy, managing a team of ICs and a UAM supervisor.
  • Reduce routine with AI: Use in-house funnel-builder and AI agents (e.g., Claude) to automate creative analysis and launch full-funnel setups in just 25 minutes.
  • Scale $1M+ budgets: Take ownership of Meta and Google with full autonomy to R&D new channels.
  • Drive tech-first growth: Leverage the Genesis ecosystem to exchange elite performance insights and scale globally.
  • Fast-track your career: Grow rapidly into Head of Acquisition roles within a high-speed culture.
What We’re Looking for
  • 3+ years of UAM experience, preferably in subscriptional mobile B2C products.
  • High Budget Management: Experience managing $1 million + in monthly ad spend.
  • Hands-on Channels: Direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Data Tools: Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis.
  • User Focus: Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology (what makes users click and convert)
  • English: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2)+.
