About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant - Chief of Staff who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives. This person will be supporting Cybersecurity Defense and Monitoring.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.
  • The role partners closely with the Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and supports the Product Manager in prioritization of work, demand, capacity, and time booking discipline.
  • Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
  • Support aligned cybersecurity leader with key management routines including business reviews, operating reviews, status reporting, committee obligations, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and manage a transparent resource plan for Cyber Engineering & Architecture and AI and support Move the Line activities partnering with finance and HR.
  • Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
  • Partner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization in order to develop organizational plans/operating models/efficiency targets and plans, gaining agreement across the leadership team, and communicating outcomes to various stakeholders
  • Support Cybersecurity executive routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness
  • Escalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Lead and support special ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills
  • Prior cybersecurity background including cyber defense (i.e. SOC, DLP, and Threat Intelligence) 
  • Experience with workforce planning and managing of resources
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Experience with MS Office tools suite
  • Financial services experience

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
