About this role:
Wells Fargo's Enterprise Marketing Services’ Offer Management product team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant (P5) to lead planning and implementation for Consumer Lending Offers.
The Business Execution Consultant is a critical part of the Offer Management Partner Success team. Their primary responsibility is to lead the engagement with internal partners on new and emerging offer needs, from initial discovery through implementation.
In this role, you will:
- Apply a holistic approach to solving partners’ business problems.
- Collaborate with partners to understand business goals and the role of offers in achieving those goals.
- Lead discovery efforts on behalf of the Offer Management team.
- Partner with the Product team on project definition and intake.
- Provide input on the Product Roadmap.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, product and technology teams to ensure alignment on overall solution design.
- Understand how to leverage existing offer capabilities to meet the specific business need.
- Identify gaps that will need to be addressed to implement proposed offers.
- Develop requirements for new offer constructs for official intake and provides recommendations on technical design.
- Provide high level timing to partners once a project has been added to the Offer Management roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to product development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in product management and/or marketing.
Desired Qualifications:
- Consumer Lending (preferrably Card) experience
- Familiarity in Agile/Scrum or DevOps environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and influence without authority.
- Experience with working SaaS solutions preferred
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
