Wells Fargo is seeking a senior lead product manager for the Custody and Wealth Servicing Products in WIM Operations. This role will develop and execute upon strategic business initiatives to drive transformation, achieve positive outcomes for Operations and reduce risk.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic business initiatives and programs for WIM Operations.
- Demonstrate operational excellence and be an agent for change and transformation.
- Proactively anticipate issues and promote problem resolution.
- Utilize leadership skills to develop and influence business strategy, requirements, product design and implementation for complex business functions that lead to positive outcomes.
- Provide strategic focus over Custody and Wealth Servicing products drive opportunities to transform the business.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies across functions and enterprise.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
- Manage stakeholder communications and drive strategies through material and storytelling.
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong understanding of the Trade Processing lifecycle
- Wealth Management Operations experience
- Broker/Dealer Operations experience
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule at the locations listed

- This position is not eligible for relocation
