In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
- Design and conduct highly complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI reporting, analytics, and measurement frameworks.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and reporting standards for AI programs.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards that monitor AI adoption, usage, value realization, compliance, and operational performance.
- Partner with Technology, Data Management, Finance, and business stakeholders to establish consistent data definitions and reporting methodologies.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
- Improve data quality, governance, and integrity across AI reporting processes.
- Translate analytical findings into executive-level recommendations and strategic actions.
- Support enterprise reporting requirements and leadership reviews through meaningful metrics and performance insights.
- Establish scalable reporting processes and automated monitoring capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI measurement and performance management practices.
- 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Reporting, Business Intelligence, or related experience.
- 3 years experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or emerging technology programs.
- 3 years experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, visualization platforms and enterprise reporting best practices.
- Experience measuring technology adoption, operational performance, and business value realization.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
