The IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects related to global real estate expansion and IT strategic initiatives. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing project budgets and timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to closure, with a focus on real estate (e.g., global expansion, lease management ) and IT strategy development and implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and organizational standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in real estate technology and IT strategy to provide informed recommendations.
What will you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong emphasis on technical projects.
- Proven experience managing projects related to real estate, technology integration, or IT strategy.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex IT concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $109,463 – $160,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
