The Opportunity

The IT Business Systems organization at Flock develops and maintains our internal SaaS platforms, enabling us to scale efficiently and deliver solutions in a high-growth environment.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead initiatives across the entire GTM domain — partnering with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Billing to deliver business-critical projects. This role goes beyond project coordination — we’re looking for someone who can own end-to-end project delivery, bring structure to ambiguity, and help our GTM teams adopt new systems and processes at scale. You’ll work across core platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign, and NetSuite, as well as emerging tools for lead routing, sales planning, customer success, and support operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional IT projects, strong familiarity with GTM workflows, and the ability to align technical execution with business priorities. As a PM supporting GTM, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Flock scales its revenue and customer-facing functions.

The Skillset
  • 6+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional IT implementation, optimization, and/or integration projects on SaaS/cloud-based business systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, NetSuite, DocuSign)

  • Lead cross-functional GTM projects spanning Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Billing.

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, planning, requirements, execution, testing, training, and post-launch support.

  • Partner with GTM leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment and adoption.

  • Build repeatable frameworks for project governance, communication cadences, and delivery best practices.

  • Identify and manage project risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.

  • Help shift the team from tactical delivery to strategic project management that supports scale and long-term growth.

Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box? That’s okay; we’ve felt that way too. Studies have shown women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all qualifications.
