CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior – International Tax to join our talented International Tax Services practice. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior – International Tax role:

  • Preparation and review of foreign tax filings such as forms 5471, 5472, 1116, 8992, 8858, 8865, 8938, 3520, FBAR and other U.S. international tax forms.
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state corporate, partnership and individual tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S and 1040) as well as consolidated returns.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Partnership basis rules.
  • Conduct research and draft technical tax memoranda on various tax issues for clients.
  • Mentor Associates to help them build inspired careers.
  • Learn new software and help develop standardized templates and tools.
  • Willingness to learn new tax concepts.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Experience: Four years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in business services or consulting is preferred.
  • Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of International Tax preferred.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $93,000.00 – $157,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $93,000.00 – $152,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $79,000.00 – $136,000.00
