The Role:
As our Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, you’ll be the hands-on expert driving campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with sales (BDRs and new logo acquisition) and cross-functional marketing teams including Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Digital, and Content Marketing, to ensure campaigns resonate with prospects and convert effectively.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone with deep B2B marketing experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel, full-funnel and ABM campaigns to drive engagement, pipeline, and brand awareness.
Develop campaign briefs, ICP-focused messaging, and quarterly GTM themes that align with sales priorities and product launches.
Own new logo opportunity and pipeline generation through integrated campaigns, ABM, email nurtures and audience segmentation.
Build data-driven segmentation strategies to personalize messaging for different personas and company sizes.
Lead webinar programs from concept to execution, collaborating with the Content Strategist and Product Marketing Manager to develop compelling sessions for our target audiences.
Build and manage email nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey.
Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Collaborate with BDRs and sales leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on messaging.
Partner with field events, product marketing, content, and design teams to deliver campaign assets.
Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Test and scale new demand generation channels and tactics.
What We’re Looking For:
~8 years of B2B campaign marketing experience with a focus in Cybersecurity and MSP space.
Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns that generate measurable engagement and influence pipeline.
Familiarity with lead scoring, lead routing, and defining MQL/SQL triggers with RevOps/BDRs.
Experience building persona frameworks, ICP segmentation, and targeted campaign messaging.
Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft messaging that engages and converts B2B audiences.
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar).
A firm grasp of multi-stage lead development processes and how to move prospects through the buyer journey in a SaaS or security-oriented environment.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, BDRs, and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
