The Challenge

As a Senior Information Security Business Manager at Take-Two Interactive, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging business objectives with cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring that our gaming environments and platforms remain secure, resilient, and aligned with the Information Security Framework. This is an opportunity to be a part of the Information Security team in the computer gaming industry, working closely with labels, game studios, corporate teams, and engineering leads to bring forward evolving security challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll Take On

  • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity metrics program.
  • Collaborate with teams to define performance indicators, analyze data trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Develop and implement a cybersecurity data analytics program including methods and tools to monitor and measure T2’s cybersecurity program.
  • Collaborate with labels and game teams to document, analyze, and optimize critical business processes, identifying potential risks and control opportunities to inform the development of a robust cybersecurity program.
  • Lead a team to run cybersecurity initiatives from collecting requirements to implementation, ensuring alignment with business timelines and budget.
  • Streamline compliance, form strategic decisions with data-driven insights, align security with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to integrate cybersecurity into organizational strategies, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and assets across our game studios, publishing operations, and IT environments.
  • Support the creation and drive adoption of information security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards (such as NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity Risk, Operations and Engineering teams to measure effectiveness and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with game development teams to incorporate security throughout the development lifecycle, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
  • Communicate cybersecurity requirements and priorities across business units, translating technical risks into business-focused language for collaborators, customers, partners and team members.

What You Bring 

  • 3 - 6  years in cybersecurity roles with a focus on information security management, risk management, or business information security. Gaming or entertainment industry experience is very helpful.
  • Deep technical foundation in cybersecurity principles, threat management, incident response, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Superb communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams and explain complicated security issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Project management expertise, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Great to Have

  • Knowledge of application security and DevSecOps practices applicable to game development environments.
  • Love of gaming and understanding of the particular security challenges in the gaming industry.
  • Someone with a CBAP cert would be outstanding!
