The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Senior Industry Analyst who will primarily manage and resolve Product knowledge-based tickets from stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This role will also involve contributing to and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base. In addition to these primary responsibilities, the Industry Analyst will support the Manager, Industry Analysts by assisting with research, data analysis, and report preparation to support the credit unions we serve.

Day in the Life:

  • Ticket Intake and Management:

    • Review, assess, and resolve product tickets from stakeholders working with cross functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution.

    • Build strong relationships with business partners to enhance coordination and streamline processes by serving as the primary point of contact for product inquiries.

    • Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, customer service, technology and strategic partners, to support strategic initiatives and resolve issues.

    • Review and analyze incoming information to identify trends, patterns, or anomalies.

    • Act as liaison between product teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product requirements and knowledge base updates

  • Knowledge Base Management:

    • Lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge base documentation related to product features, industry trends and best practices.

    • Ensure the knowledge base is up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible for all stakeholders.

    • Conduct regular reviews and updates of knowledge base content to reflect the latest product developments and industry insights.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Industry Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Monitor and report on emerging technologies and market shifts that may impact product strategy and development.

    • Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.

  • Other:

    • Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

    • Support and Training: Provide support to the Manager, Industry Analysts in training and coaching.

    • Assist with building and maintaining a data centric culture that is focused on accuracy and efficiency.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Industry Analysts. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education an experience required.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in industry analysis, product management, or related field.

  • Experience and knowledge of Velera products and services a plus.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management preferred.

Pay Equity

$95,800.00

to

$124,500.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
