As a Sr. Implementation Engineer, you will be a key member of the global IGA team. You’ll partner closely with customers throughout the full deployment lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and long-term success with the CyberArk Identity IGA platform.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers and executive stakeholders. You’ll lead enterprise deployments, introduce best practices, and innovate in an evolving security landscape—helping customers align IGA with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Identity IGA implementation programs tailored to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Analyze short-term goals to identify business priorities, propose solutions, and evaluate impact and value.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and executive sponsors, acting as the primary point of contact through deployment and service expansion.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of modern IGA principles, integration with SaaS and on-prem applications, best practices, and lifecycle flows.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to share user experience insights, influence product direction, and promote automation and efficiency.
- Serve as the voice of the customer—gathering and sharing feedback to drive ongoing product and process improvement.

Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software systems integration, including 3+ years in a SaaS or security company in an advisory or consulting role.
- Broad technical knowledge across databases, networking, systems administration, application development, and information security.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture, identity lifecycle management, and security technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, and other identity providers in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven communication and organizational skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Technical background and integration engineering experience strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $152,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
