As an Implementation Analyst Sr. within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you will be based in Auburn, IN. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. This could also be a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As an Implementation Analyst Sr., you will work closely with our PMO and Integration teams to support the implementation of Tempus software solutions. This position will allow you to collaborate directly with our customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation process. You will lead technical communication throughout the project lifecycle, manage the merchant’s boarding and configurations, and document the details for the customized software solution delivered. This position will troubleshoot implementation issues and act as a technical consultant to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client experiences. This is not a development role, but success in this position requires programming exposure, understanding integration frameworks, and navigating technical environments confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales, PMO, and Integration teams to align with client goals toward a successful software implementation.
• Lead discussions pertaining to software behavior, demo’s, testing, API’s, boarding, configuration management, and account credentials.
• Support client projects through QA testing, pilot and production roll out.
• Provide insight/advisement on implementation best practices.
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues, which may include gathering issue details from the client, internal research, obtaining and reading logs, reproducing the issue.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on software solution implementation.
• Stay current on technical developments and enhancements within the Tempus product offerings.

• A consultative, collaborative professional who thrives on solving technical problems.
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient understanding of programming languages and development environments.
• Experience with troubleshooting, using API’s and reading logs.
• Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with software implementation.
• Familiarity with analyzing technical workflows.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as XML/JSON, Postman, Notepad++, Kibana.
• Background in software development, implementation, quality assurance, IT, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience working with payment systems, e-commerce, point-of-sale, or platform ecosystems is a strong plus.

Job Description- Participates in designing and developing integration schemes and creating links for multi-platform, multi-vendor business solutions.
- Identifies technology related opportunities and integrates IT resources to fulfill project requirements.
- Understands architectural standards, gathers project requirements and controls for platform and application integration.
- Manages multiple suppliers and vendors, both internal and external, on the integration of diverse technologies.
- Assists in developing project metrics on IT projects during the project planning phase, and after initiation.
