Project & Change Management:

  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning to execution across both HR and Talent Acquisition domains.

  • Develop and deliver communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all project stages.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR business partners, recruiting leads, department heads, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations to support program rollout and success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and recruiting policies, programs, tools, and compliance practices.

Data & Metrics Analysis:

  • Track and report on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys to assess workplace satisfaction and identify trends in retention.
  • Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve programs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Benefits Strategy & Employee Support:

  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across benefits processes.
  • Create and deliver communication materials to improve employee understanding and engagement with the company’s benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate benefit effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skillset

  • Proven success in HR or Talent Acquisition program management roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management and change leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employee experience strategy, and recruiting operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR program management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
