Are you an experienced HR leader who thrives on partnering with senior commercial stakeholders to shape talent strategy and drive business performance? We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the US and Canada Commercial organisation, with a particular focus on supporting the Food Safety Commercial leadership team. This senior individual contributor role will combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery across talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning and change leadership.
- Partner with senior commercial leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth plans and organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic coaching and guidance on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and change management.
- Lead talent review, succession planning and high-potential identification processes, using data and insights to strengthen organisational capability.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce productivity reviews, team effectiveness interventions and change adoption planning.
- Advise on performance management, policy interpretation, investigations and employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and compliant application of policies and employment practices.
- Use workforce analytics, talent metrics and business data to identify trends, recommend actions and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and leader experience.
Job Requirements
- Significant progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience in a senior HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, customer-facing or revenue-generating functions in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective talent and workforce strategies.
- Strong experience in organisational change, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to interpret workforce data and convert insights into practical business actions.
