A large, mission-driven healthcare organization in Brockton is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support designated business units through strategic HR leadership and hands-on partnership. Reporting to the HR Director, this role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving organizational development, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations in a complex, unionized environment. The HRBP will collaborate closely with talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and organizational development teams while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Prior experience in healthcare and supporting represented populations is highly valued. This is a full-time, onsite role with a salary range of $75,000–$115,000, depending on experience.
