The Senior GTM Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, shape hiring strategies, and partner with leadership while building a proactive recruiting engine.
The summary above was generated by AI
Construction is the 2nd largest industry in the world (4x the size of SaaS!). But unlike software (with observability platforms such as AppDynamics and Datadog), construction teams lack automated feedback loops to help projects stay on schedule and on budget.  Without this observability, construction wastes a whopping $3T per year because glitches aren’t detected fast enough to recover.

Doxel AI exists to bring computer vision to construction, so the industry can deliver what society needs to thrive. From hospitals to data centers, from foreman to VPs of construction, teams use Doxel to make better decisions everyday. In fact, Doxel has contributed to the construction of the facilities that provide many of the products and services you use everyday.

We have classic computer vision, deep learning ML object detection, a low-latency 3D three.js web app, a complex data pipeline powering it all in the background. We’re building out new workflows, analytics dashboards, and forecasting engines.

We’re at an exciting stage of scale as we build upon our growing market momentum. Our software is trusted by Shell Oil, Genentech, HCA healthcare, Kaiser, Turner, Layton and several others. Join us in bringing AI to construction!

The Role

Doxel is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and scale our go-to-market and G&A hiring engine. As Doxel’s first dedicated GTM/G&A recruiter, you’ll partner closely with our Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for go-to-market and G&A roles, while also playing a strategic role in headcount planning, role design, and compensation benchmarking.

You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape how Doxel attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent. As we scale, you’ll flex across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, and future G&A roles—making this a uniquely high-impact seat in Doxel’s growth story.

This role is ideal for someone who has built recruiting from the ground up in a scaling SaaS company and wants both ownership and a strategic voice at the table.

This is not just a recruiting role—you will help shape how Doxel grows.

What You'll Do

Build and scale the recruiting engine
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help build Doxel’s talent brand to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Build talent pipelines for current needs and future growth across multiple business functions
  • Drive scalable recruiting infrastructure (as a key partner and catalyst)
  • Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes, tooling (ATS, sourcing, analytics), and operational rhythm
  • Build sourcing playbooks, talent mapping frameworks, and interview best practices in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
  • Introduce data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
  • Influence adoption of recruiting best practices across the org through enablement and change management
  • Be a strategic talent partner to leadership
  • Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization
  • Bring market and compensation insights to inform role design, leveling, and competitive positioning
  • Advise on org structure, competency mapping, and candidate experience
  • Influence hiring decisions and talent strategy at the leadership level
  • Enable hiring managers through interview training and consistent evaluation standards
  • Serve as the voice of talent in cross-functional planning and operational discussions

What Success Looks Like

  • Build out the GTM hiring engine, operating with speed, quality, and consistency
  • Leadership views you as a trusted strategic partner, not just execution support
  • Doxel GTM and G&A teams scale efficiently with top-tier talent and operational rigor
  • Recruiting evolves from reactive to proactive, data-driven, and repeatable
  • Time-to-fill decreases while quality-of-hire and candidate satisfaction increase

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and  G&A functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
  • Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment
  • You care deeply about candidate experience and talent brand, and you’ve helped build both as competitive advantages in past roles.
  • Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly
  • Partner to senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on comp, and guiding decisions
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements
  • Proficiency with multiple ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)

Benefits & Company Culture

  • Competitive Base Salary + Equity Package
  • Remote first culture (for most roles)
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Home office setup stipend
  • Monthly allowance for cell phone and internet
  • Flexible PTO, generous company holiday policy, and unlimited sick days

Doxel provides comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits for employees and their families including an Unlimited PTO policy, a 401(k) program, and a flexible work environment among other benefits. Doxel is an equal opportunity employer and actively seeks diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
