Doxel is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and scale our go-to-market and G&A hiring engine. As Doxel’s first dedicated GTM/G&A recruiter, you’ll partner closely with our Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for go-to-market and G&A roles, while also playing a strategic role in headcount planning, role design, and compensation benchmarking.
You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape how Doxel attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent. As we scale, you’ll flex across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, and future G&A roles—making this a uniquely high-impact seat in Doxel’s growth story.
This role is ideal for someone who has built recruiting from the ground up in a scaling SaaS company and wants both ownership and a strategic voice at the table.

What You'll Do
- Build and scale the recruiting engine
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help build Doxel’s talent brand to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
- Build talent pipelines for current needs and future growth across multiple business functions Drive scalable recruiting infrastructure (as a key partner and catalyst)
- Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes, tooling (ATS, sourcing, analytics), and operational rhythm
- Build sourcing playbooks, talent mapping frameworks, and interview best practices in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
- Introduce data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
- Influence adoption of recruiting best practices across the org through enablement and change management Be a strategic talent partner to leadership
- Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization
- Bring market and compensation insights to inform role design, leveling, and competitive positioning
- Advise on org structure, competency mapping, and candidate experience
- Influence hiring decisions and talent strategy at the leadership level
- Enable hiring managers through interview training and consistent evaluation standards
- Serve as the voice of talent in cross-functional planning and operational discussions

What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
- Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment
- You care deeply about candidate experience and talent brand, and you’ve helped build both as competitive advantages in past roles.
- Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly
- Partner to senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on comp, and guiding decisions
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements
- Proficiency with multiple ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
