Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
- Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s written on a req.
- Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.
- Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results.
- Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.
- Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented.
- Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process.
- Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ball—or your standards.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus)
- Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
- Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
- Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
- Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
- A data-informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters
- High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action
