Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by influencing the decision-making of one of our main growth engines - the Marketing department.

We’re looking for a team player with great analytical skills, the ability to tell a story through data, an eye for detail, great communication, and keenness for problem-solving. You will ensure that our data and insights are actionable to drive decisions across the business and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with teams across the company in order to uncover opportunities to drive our Marketing department's growth to the next level.


About The Role
  • Your role involves curating pivotal marketing metrics, analyses, and visualizations that guide essential business decisions with an emphasis on strategy and long-term planning
  • You will possess the acumen to interpret complex data as invaluable narratives that will shape, support, and refine our strategic initiatives
  • Proactively identifying areas of opportunity, you will recommend data-driven strategies that capitalize on new market potentials.
  • You'll manage vast data repositories effectively, building tools that streamline analysis in support of multimillion-dollar marketing efforts
  • You'll foster robust relationships with key functional leaders, driving alignment and emphasizing the significance of data insights in achieving business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of strategic programs through data excellence

Requirements
  • +4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst
  •  Proficient level of SQL - MUST
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
  • Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insights
  • Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person
  • Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
  • Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player, and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English
