It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

The Senior Growth Product Manager will report to the Director of Growth – Digital & eCommerce and play a pivotal role in driving Avid’s product-led growth (PLG) strategy. This role will own the end-to-end user journey -from landing on the website to discovery, free trial activation, paid conversion, subscription upgrades, and renewals - ensuring a seamless, high-converting, and engaging experience. Focused exclusively on Avid’s subscription and eCommerce flows, this role will optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion through data-driven experimentation and innovative growth strategies.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to embed growth strategies into the product lifecycle, from ideation to iteration. By leveraging insights from tools like Braze, GA4, and Amplitude, the Senior Growth Product Manager will drive measurable improvements in user engagement, revenue, and retention.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Conversion & Checkout Optimization

  • Optimize website UX, purchase funnels, and checkout flows in collaboration with UX/UI, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize conversion rates and minimize drop-off.
  • Refine payment flows and provider integrations to ensure a seamless, high-converting transaction process.
  • Experiment with pricing models, subscription tiers, and promotional offers to drive higher-tier conversions and increase LTV.

Product-Led Growth & User Journey Optimization

  • Own the end-to-end PLG strategy, designing and optimizing user journeys from website landing to discovery, trial activation, paid conversion, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Streamline onboarding flows and in-product experiences to accelerate user activation, reduce time-to-value, and improve retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive self-serve conversions, including free-to-paid transitions, subscription tier upgrades, and frictionless renewals.
  • Leverage AI-driven personalization and behavioral segmentation (via Braze, Adswerve, or equivalent) to deliver tailored user experiences and dynamic offers.

Data-Driven Experimentation

  • Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality testing, multivariate testing) to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
  • Translate behavioral and quantitative insights into actionable growth initiatives, continuously iterating to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with UX, Engineering, Lifecycle, and Paid Media teams to align growth initiatives with Avid’s eCommerce and business objectives.
  • Work with Engineering to build growth-enabling features, such as optimized checkout flows and self-serve upgrade paths.
  • Embed growth principles into the product development lifecycle, collaborating with designers and engineers to iterate on user experiences.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experience: 6+ years in Growth, Product Management, or eCommerce with a D2C focus, including 3+ years leading PLG or subscription-based growth initiatives in a tech-driven environment.
  • Growth Expertise: Proven track record in optimizing free-to-paid funnels, subscription models, and checkout flows, with hands-on experience driving acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Data Proficiency: Deep expertise in growth experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, incrementality modeling) and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Braze).
  • eCommerce Acumen: Strong understanding of subscription mechanics, checkout optimization, payment integrations, and pricing experimentation in a digital commerce context.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, user-centric, and analytical, with a passion for uncovering insights, testing hypotheses, and scaling high-impact strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MarTech stacks, CDPs, and personalization engines; experience with paid media and multi-channel attribution is a plus.
  • Cultural Fit: Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, collaborative environment and is committed to Avid's mission of empowering creators.

Avid is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
