Description

Kit is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform. More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living.

We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team.

We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.

The Kit culture is one where emotional intelligence is valued, radical candor is encouraged, and where everyone works together to uphold a set of shared team principles.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our demand generation strategy, drive conversion funnel optimization, and fuel our growth to $100M ARR over the next 24 months.

You will be the owner of paid acquisition performance—strategy, execution, and results. You'll own the strategy, lead the execution, and take full accountability for measurable outcomes and efficiency across our paid marketing efforts. You'll also bring deep expertise in applying AI to scale, personalize, and improve performance across the funnel.

We believe the creator economy is powered by genuine value creation. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll help more creators build valuable businesses by ensuring our products reach the right customers. You'll drive pipeline growth, optimize for paid plan upgrades, and enable our sales team to win high-profile creators like James Clear, Tom Brady, and Matthew McConaughey.

 Your support system

You'll report to our Head of Marketing, Christina Lhi. You will be part of an 8-person team made-up of Affiliate Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketer, 2 Product Marketing Managers, Senior Content Marketing Manager, Creator Educator, and a Social Media Manager. You will work with Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Designers, Engineering and agencies as strategic partners to achieve your targets.

 What you'll do
  • First Week: Dive into our product, customers, current marketing performance and workflows. Take part in Get To Know You's (GTKYs) to meet our distributed team.
  • First Month: Complete comprehensive audit of paid marketing performance with 5 specific improvement recommendations. Identify new channels to test, AI/automation opportunities, and high-impact CRO experiments. Establish baseline metrics and attribution systems.
  • First Six Months: Scale paid channels showing traction, launch 2 new channel tests, establish testing roadmap for both PLG and SLG motion. Build reporting processes connecting spend to pipeline. Implement first major AI/automation improvements.
  • First Year: Own delivery of pipeline contribution targets (35-40% of MQLs), achieve CAC improvement goals (20-25% reduction), successfully scale 2 new channels to meaningful volume, and drive $3M in incremental ARR through paid acquisition.
 What you'll own
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive 35-40% of marketing-qualified leads through paid channels
  • Revenue Impact: Generate $3M in influenced ARR through paid acquisition and conversion optimization
  • Channel Expansion: Successfully launch and scale 2-3 new paid channels beyond our current mix
What will S.E.T. you up for success

Skills

  • Paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple channels with proven scale experience
  • Advanced data analysis and marketing performance measurement including attribution modeling
  • AI tool implementation for campaign optimization and personalization at scale
  • Conversion rate optimization across landing pages, emails, and multi-step funnels
  • Budget management and forecasting for growth-stage companies

Experiences

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS growth marketing experience, with creator economy/content tools background preferred
  • Proven track record scaling paid acquisition from $1M+ to $5M+ annual spend
  • Successfully improved marketing efficiency (CAC reduction) while maintaining or growing lead volume
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution, LTV:CAC optimization, and cohort analysis
  • Background in growth-stage SaaS companies scaling from $50M–$100M ARR

Traits

  • Low ego, high ownership - you want full accountability for results
  • Data-driven decision maker who optimizes based on performance, not opinions
  • Bias toward action with strong testing and iteration mindset
  • Comfortable with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally when needed
  • Scrappy execution style that thrives with limited resources and ambitious goals

What won't set you up for success
  • Needing large teams or unlimited budgets. We're profitable, independent, and resource-conscious
  • Preferring highly structured environments with established processes
  • Focus on brand/awareness over measurable performance and ROI
 Working hours and location

We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. You're encouraged to work the hours that work best for you. As long as you're showing up for our all team calls, marketing-related calls, and delivering on your ownership commitments.

Kit is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity in all of its forms, and we hire the best person we can for each role, no matter your personal background. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.

Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
