Meet Your Future Neighbors

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Mid-Market & Enterprise Advertisers) at Nextdoor, you’ll lead the strategy and execution to convert mid-market and enterprise prospects into high-value, long-term advertisers on our platform. You will design and own a full-funnel growth engine across multiple paid channels and lifecycle programs.

In this role, you’ll build and scale a high-impact demand and lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to define our ideal customer profiles, generate high-quality pipeline, and systematically improve conversion and retention of advertisers.

At Nextdoor, we offer a warm and inclusive work environment that embraces a hybrid employment model, blending an in-office presence and work-from-home experience for our valued employees.

The Impact You’ll Make

If you want the challenge of fast-paced growth, the satisfaction of seeing your programs drive visible revenue impact, and the pride of building a best-in-class B2B growth motion, this is the place for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into paying customers, from top-of-funnel awareness to closed-won and expansion.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other digital platforms, as well as experiments in emerging channels where our advertisers are active.
  • Build a scalable performance engine: develop campaign architecture, audience strategy, offer testing, landing page strategy, and budget allocation frameworks to consistently hit pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to define segmentation, lead scoring, and routing that ensure high-intent leads are worked quickly and thoughtfully across teams.
  • Create and own a lifecycle marketing strategy in partnership with the email marketing team including onboarding, nurturing, activation, expansion, and win-back programs.
  • Set up measurement and reporting frameworks that show the impact of the program on lead generation, ad accounts created, and finally paying accounts. Map this out to key metrics such as ROAS and CPA.
  • Run a rigorous experimentation roadmap, including A/B tests on creative, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and lifecycle journeys to continuously improve conversion and retention.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling narratives, messaging, and assets tailored to mid-market and enterprise decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue for midmarket and enterprise customers.
  • Deep, hands-on experience running multi-channel paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other performance channels—including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Lifecycle Marketing and Data Science to build new programs from the ground up, including designing and launching nurture programs, onboarding journeys, and re-engagement or expansion campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset—comfortable defining funnel metrics, building dashboards with Analytics/RevOps, and using data to make decisions, set targets, and prioritize tests.
  • Demonstrated success owning significant budgets and hitting growth targets, with a clear understanding of CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel-level ROI.
  • Experience marketing advertising solutions, ad tech, or digital platforms to business decision-makers is strongly preferred; marketplace or two-sided platform experience is a plus.
  • A hands-on operating style: equally comfortable setting strategy, rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns, and diving into the details of channel performance and funnel health.
  • A passion for Nextdoor’s mission and for helping brands show up authentically in neighborhoods around the world.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
