We are looking for an experienced, analytical Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Devices to help lead the go-to-market and growth strategy for a new Greenlight product. In this role, you will own the marketing strategy and execution to successfully bring a new product to market and drive early sales growth through customer acquisition, improved site engagement, and product alignment to marketing communication strategy. You will work with cross-functional partners across product, analytics, creative, and partnerships to test, learn, and scale what works.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in a builder environment. You will develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies, run experiments across channels, and continuously optimize the customer journey to accelerate adoption. You’ll pull multiple levers from messaging and positioning to channel strategy, creative testing, partnerships, and lifecycle opportunities to drive measurable impact.
Our ideal candidate has experience launching and scaling new products or growth initiatives and is comfortable operating in ambiguity. You bring a strong ownership mindset, exceptional analytical rigor, and the ability to work cross-functionally to turn insights into action. Experience driving performance marketing programs across channels including paid social and search is valuable, but success in this role will come from your ability to think holistically about product growth and go-to-market strategy.
This role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for new Greenlight physical products and ecommerce sales, from initial launch through scale, driving efficient customer acquisition and long-term revenue (LTV) growth.
- Develop and execute integrated, performance-driven marketing plans across paid, owned, and partner channels, aligning messaging, creative, and user experience to maximize conversion and ROAS while upholding Greenlight brand standards.
- Recommend and optimize budget allocation across channels using a portfolio approach, balancing risk and return to drive aggressive, efficient scale.
- Build and manage forecasts across spend, volume, and efficiency metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS), using data to inform decisions and ensure sustainable growth; experience with subscription + device models is a plus.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve the acquisition funnel, from ad click through onboarding, leveraging experimentation, CRO/UX enhancements, and creative testing to improve conversion rates and LTV/CAC efficiency.
- Develop and refine marketing and cross-functional workflows to reduce friction, increase speed, and enable high-quality execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, including implementing statistically rigorous testing frameworks.
- Act as the central point of coordination for defined product(s), building strong partnerships with internal strategy and channel teams (e.g., paid search, paid social, programmatic/streaming, affiliate, linear TV, podcasting) to unlock incremental growth and ensure cohesive, cross-channel execution.
- Understand the role of each channel within the broader marketing ecosystem, leveraging channel-specific metrics and attribution models to drive performance against business objectives.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing (preferably managing paid social and/or paid search), with experience managing large performance marketing budgets towards efficiency/CAC goals.
- A sense of comfort in data, and exceptional analytical/critical thinking skills with proven ability to leverage data to drive measurable impact on your goals.
- An extreme ownership mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute initiatives independently while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to influence senior cross-functional partners.
- Experience optimizing ad funnels from impression all the way through monetization.
- Experience owning growth forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Experience with both web and app campaigns, and the necessary tech stack.
