The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will drive digital acquisition campaigns, optimizing strategies across channels for Crypto.com in the Sports and Prediction markets, ensuring compliance and leveraging analytical insights.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing activities for Crypto.com on Sports and Prediction markets. Solid and advanced experience in similar roles in Sports or Predictions markets is necessary. You are able to generate profitable and rapid growth in an innovative and competitive industry.
This position involves managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels for B2C, focusing on planning, executing, and refining high-impact strategies. The candidate will lead our customer acquisition and new business revenue in Sports and Prediction markets.
- Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns on various platforms across Search, Social Media, Display and Video.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined target at the highest level of sophistication.
- Customize creative and messaging to align with regional regulations, sports and events calendars, and user intent.
- Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device to enhance targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the client journey.
- Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting and boost campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Produce comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements.
- Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities within the Sports and Predictions sector.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing in large scale or rapidly growing companies.
- Deep commercial understanding within Sports and Predictions Trading, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition across web and app stores.
- Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with minimum seven-figure budgets.
- Solid understanding of attribution modeling, Media Mix Models, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle within the Sports and Predictions sector.
- Experience managing SaaS analytics (Tableau, BI) and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics).
- Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
- Strong account management and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sports and prediction markets.
- Experience in trading and investing across traditional and decentralized finance.
