We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creating exceptional visual experiences and a strong background in high-quality design, art direction and branding. This role blends conceptual creativity with hands-on execution, calling for an experienced designer who can transform strategic direction into cohesive and impactful visual systems. A key focus of this position is developing scalable design solutions that support agent goals through printed booklets and marketing collateral. You will create compelling assets that elevate marketing efforts across diverse platforms. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director, project managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure all creative output aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand objectives.
The anticipated compensation range for candidates who will work in Calabasas, CA is $80,000 - $90,000 a year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
Key Responsibilities
- Designa variety of high-impactmarketing collateral from concept to executionto support agents and overall marketing strategies
- Create branded presentations, editorial layouts and templated pieces for agents and non-designers to utilize effectively
- Partner with Creative Director to foster team collaboration and mentor other designers as needed
- Developaccurate and exciting data visualizations and infographics
- Maintain a consistent visual identityand ensure that creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides
- Work quickly and effectively to ensure that creative deliverables support project briefs and are completed on schedule
- Partner with Creative Director to foster team collaboration and mentor other designers
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire forward-thinking solutions
Professional Experience / Qualifications
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative problem-solving and design aesthetics
- 5+ years of relevant experience in visual graphic design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in working with multiple brands, sub-brands, and/or subsidiaries and developing co-branded and complementary marketing materials.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset
- Strong eye for typography, composition, color, imagery
- Ability to balance conceptual thinking with precise execution
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate stakeholder feedback into effective, brand-aligned design solutions
