Based in NYC & San Diego, our brand, strategy, content creation, and digital marketing agency specializes in the beauty, health, and wellness industries. We deliver 360° marketing solutions, from social and influencer marketing to paid media, email, creative development, and web design, all with a unified, data-driven approach.

Within this ecosystem, the Paid Ad Creative team operates at high speed and high volume; producing performance-driven assets that directly impact revenue growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, Paid Media to lead creative execution and direction across our paid advertising initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on; responsible for setting the creative bar, driving performance-led design decisions, and leading day-to-day output across paid channels.

This is not a generalist design role. You will own paid media creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms; ensuring all assets are performance-first, scalable, and optimized for growth.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, move quickly, think strategically, and understand how to translate performance data into creative direction. You are comfortable leading creative conversations with media buyers while also executing high-quality work yourself.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for paid media campaigns across all key platforms.
  • Design high-converting static and motion assets while setting quality standards for the team.
  • Translate performance data into clear creative testing roadmaps and iteration strategies.
  • Ensure all creative is platform-native, conversion-focused, and optimized for scale.
  • Build and oversee scalable Figma systems and templates to support efficient production.
  • Directly manage and mentor a Paid Ad Graphic Designer and provide clear feedback, creative guidance, and performance-based direction.
  • Oversee workload distribution, timelines, and output quality; fostering a fast, collaborative, performance-driven team culture.
  • Lead motion design execution using Adobe After Effects for high-impact paid video ads.
  • Integrate AI tools into the creative process to increase speed, variation, and production efficiency.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve turnaround time and creative output volume.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with deep expertise in paid media creative.
  • Proven experience leading creative for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring designers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory) with experience building scalable design systems.
  • Strong expertise in After Effects and performance-driven motion design.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative production.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response design principles and paid media testing frameworks.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-output environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Salary: $95,000-$110,000
